Should primary button be on the left or right?
Full page designs should have the primary button on the left side of the page. If the browser window is large, or you have to scroll down to fill out a form, it's best to have the primary button right below the last bit of content on the page.

In most languages, people are accustomed to read from left side to right side, so it accords with our speech habits to put ok-key on the left side of cancel-key. 2. “Ok/cancel” type make it easier to see and select ok-key.

Secondary. Secondary actions are actions such as 'Cancel', 'Go back', or 'Reset'. They are less important, alternative actions, which often have negative consequences when used accidentally. For example, hitting 'Reset' may erase all the data a user has entered.
