To force right-to-left layouts on your Android device you need to open Settings, and access the Developer options menu (if developer options aren't enabled, here's how to do it). Once you've accessed the menu, scroll down to find the “Force RTL layout direction” tab. Tap on it to activate the option, and you're done.
What is RTL layout?
An RTL layout is the mirror image of an LTR layout, and it affects layout, text, and graphics. When a UI changes from one direction to another, these items are not mirrored: Numbers. Untranslated text (even if it's part of a phrase)
How do I force left to right on android?
Once your phone tells you you're a developer, hit the back button to go to the main settings. At the bottom, right above About Phone, you'll now see “Developer Options” where it wasn't before. Tap it. Scroll down and tap the box to enable “Force RTL layout direction”.
