Do YouTube ads show on embedded videos?
Note that embedded videos will honor the same ad enablement settings as videos on youtube.com. If you don't want to show ads on your embedded videos, there's no way to directly turn off ads on embedded videos only. You may turn off embedding altogether.
How do you track where your YouTube videos are embedded?
To see YouTube analytics on embedded videos, click the Reach Viewers tab at the top of YouTube Studio. From here, scroll down and expand the Traffic source: External box. You'll then see a graph, with a list of video sources below it. Each entry on that list is a website where someone has watched your videos.
