Those verbs are not necessary; in fact, they are harmful. If a user has to seek a particular field in the form - to edit content, or to seek a field they have been told is erroneous - starting each label with the same word makes scanning difficult.
What is the purpose of field labels?

In the Drag Preferences area of the Fields tab, for Labels, choose an option. See Defining and changing fields in the Fields tab. Double-click the field on the layout and click Create label in the Specify Field dialog box.
