How do I assign tasks to users?
You can assign tasks to any member of a shared list, including yourself. To assign a task within a shared list, open the task's detail view and select Assign to. Then, select the member of the shared list you'd like to assign the task to. In To Do on Windows, you can assign tasks while creating them.
Can you assign tasks to groups in Salesforce?
You can assign new Tasks to multiple people, public groups, and queues in Lightning Experience from Task tab, Activity History, or Open Activities related lists.
How do you assign multiple people to a task in teamwork?
Within Teamwork, you can create a task and assign it to multiple users on your project. When creating a new task, click the Who should do this field and select the Add More option at the bottom of the dropdown. In the Choose Assignees modal, you can then select multiple individuals to assign to the task.
