What is the bar with apps at the bottom of the screen called?
Typically, the taskbar is at the bottom of the desktop, but you can also move it to either side or the top of the desktop. When the taskbar is unlocked, you can change its location.
How do you use the bottom in AppBar?
Any widget with a PreferredSize can appear at the bottom of an AppBar. Typically an AppBar's bottom widget is a TabBar however any widget with a PreferredSize can be used. In this app, the app bar's bottom widget is a TabPageSelector that displays the relative position of the selected page in the app's TabBarView.
