Do we use breadcrumbs for mobile?
Indeed, both our mobile and desktop testing reveals that breadcrumbs are critical, especially for mobile users, to help them understand where they are on a site, as well as to provide them access to additional hierarchy layers.
Are breadcrumbs still relevant 2022?
There's no reason not to use them, and Breadcrumbs never cause problems in user testing. Breadcrumbs are only 30% of users' attention. This is a good sign. Breadcrumbs take up very little space, so don't let that stop you from using them.
