What are offline payment methods?
Offline payments are made via cash, checks, bank transfers, postal orders, or any other offline means besides online payment methods such as cards, online wallets, etc.

Step 01: Open your phone's dialer and hit *99# USSD number and call. Step 02: From amidst the various features, you need to select “1” which is for “Send Money”. Step 03: Next up, enter the UPI ID that you want to pay for. You can even use a phone number or bank account number assuming that both are interlinked.
How do I accept offline payments?
The simplest way to accept cards without network connectivity is to choose a card terminal that has offline functionality. You can expect mobile card readers won't work without at least a basic network connection, but some traditional card machines may enable it if the merchant service provider accepts it.
Does stripe do offline payments?
By default, if you're operating offline, all offline payments are stored and forwarded to Stripe's backend when connectivity is restored. You can pass a CreateConfiguration object with failIfOffline set to true in order to fail the current transaction if you're operating offline.
