In short: conceptual models are blueprints for how we intend something to work, mental models are how we think something will work.

What is the difference between a roadmap and a framework?

Roadmap and frameworks are much broader terms, but I have put them into the UX context I think you're talking about - essentially your roadmap is your plan for how to deliver, and a framework is the set of constraints you have to operate within.

What are types of mental model in HCI?

There are three models of the system

 User Model – How the user thinks the product works.  UI Model – How the product is presented to the user in the user interface.  Implementation Model – How the product is actually implemented.
