How does click-to-call work?

An HTTP request initiated by the web form initiates an outbound call to the user's phone number and the user gets their callback right away. This process allows users to receive highly personalized customer service, with the easy click of a button.

How do I disable click to dial?

Disabling the click to call UI

To do so, head on over to Google Chrome's experimental feature configuration through this URL: chrome://flags/#click-to-call-ui. From there, just simply disable this setting.

How do I call using my Dialpad?

To place a call, select the Phone icon in the top-left corner. Enter a contact's name or phone number, then select the Phone icon to start dialing.
