Can you access the Apple App Store from a PC?
Sign in to the iTunes Store
In the iTunes app on your PC, choose Account > Sign In. Do one of the following: Sign in with your Apple ID: Enter your Apple ID and password, then click Next. Create an Apple ID: Click Create New Apple ID and follow the onscreen instructions.
Can you upload an app to App Store with Windows?
You can use Partner Center to publish your apps and games to the Microsoft Store.
How do I navigate to the App Store?
By default, the App Store is on the Home Screen. Tap Featured. This tab is in the bottom-left corner of the screen. Highly rated and up-and-coming apps are picked by Apple and listed on this page.
