What is a status indicator?
A status indicator is a color bar that displays performance data, making it possible for you to quickly view the status of your CL/SuperSession resources. Performance is measured against user-defined thresholds. When a status indicator changes, the Monitor feature alerts you that a threshold has been met or exceeded.
What is an indicator in UX?
An indicator is a way of making a page element (be it content or part of the user interface) stand out to inform the user that there is something special about it that warrants the user's attention. Often, the indicator will denote that there has been some change to the item represented by that element.
Where are the status indicators located?
The server status indicators are located on the bezel and repeated on the back panel. The components with LED indicators to convey status are the dry contact alarm card, power supply units, Ethernet port, and hard drives.
