How do I find duplicates in Dynamics CRM Advanced?
Step 1: In Dynamics 365, go to 'Settings' followed by 'Data Management' then select 'Duplicate Detection Jobs' and click on 'New' in the top left corner. This will bring up the Duplicate Detection Wizard which will help you to create the job needed for checking duplicate records.

Select Settings > Data management > Duplicate detection jobs. Select New, or select the name of the duplicate detection job you want to run. You'll see the Duplicate Detection wizard, which helps you create a job to check for duplicates.
How do I enable duplicate detection in Dynamics 365?
To enable duplicate detection in Outlook, select File > Dynamics 365 > Options. Choose the Local Data tab, and then select the Enable duplicate detection during offline to online synchronization check box.
