What Is an Empty State? UX designers have a lot of opportunities to create pleasurable and meaningful experiences. One such opportunity that is often disregarded is the “empty state,” or empty screen. Empty states are moments in a user's experience with a product where there is nothing to display.
How do you write an empty state?
Write in sentence case and don't use punctuation unless it's a question. Use the heading to describe the empty state or as an opportunity to tell people what they can do.
What is empty state illustrations?
“The Empty Illustration which indicates that when there is no data on the screen in that situation what will the user sees.” Why should use an empty illustration: Empty states provide a message to the user in a meaningful manner. As a designer, we should know that how to make a user perform an action.
