ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT, also called the timeout error, means a website took too long to respond to the browser's request. Generally, a site can establish communication with a computer within 30 seconds. If it takes longer than that, the browsing application will terminate the connection.
Why is my connection to a website timing out?
Most web browsers seem have a “time-out” or “keep-alive” parameter of a few minutes. This means that if there is no network traffic between your device and the web page on the server, the browser will automatically break the connection.
What causes a timeout error?
Timeout errors and slow system response time are typically due to one of the following problems: Communication problems between the Content Classification client and server. Insufficient internal resources for the Content Classification server.
