What is sticky in design?
A sticky element is anything that stays in a fixed position within the browser viewport as someone scrolls down a page. They are usually used for fixed navigation, which pins to the top of the viewport so it is always in view as someone navigates a page.
Why is the heading structure important for accessibility?
Headings allow readers to browse content by topical groups, and provides context for users working through lengthy content. Users are much more likely to discover topics of interest if they are marked with a heading. This structure is especially important for screen reader users.

Sticky headers (or persistent headers) are a common pattern for keeping the header of a website or app in the same place on the screen while the user scrolls down the page. A version of this pattern is the partially sticky header, which (re)appears at the top of the page as soon as the user starts scrolling up.
