If you book an aisle seat there's no way that you're going to be sitting in a part of the plane that's missing an aisle, but on many planes you'll find at least one or two window seats (usually in economy) that are missing a window.

Window seat on planes are in lanes of A and F only. Any no of A and F line you will get window seat. If you want to have wings view then 9 to 20 is the no. And if you wish to have some part of wings and clear view then 21 to 29 is best.
Why does Row 9 have no window?

Is Row 1 good on a plane?
Actually, row 1 isn't the best row on most planes. Especially on short distance flights your legroom will be rather limited. During boarding everyone will look at you and you are not allowed to keep your laptop with you during take-off and landing.
