Is there a way to get notifications for specific emails?
On Android devices
Select your account and scroll to Notifications. Tap Inbox notifications and select your notification settings. (Optional) To change notification settings for certain labels in your inbox: Tap Manage labels.

Tap the top left menu button. Scroll to the bottom and tap 'Settings' Tap an account, scroll down, and select 'Manage labels' Tap label that you just associated with your VIP contact and check the box for 'Label notifications'
How do I turn off search console notifications?
Be sure that you are signed in to Search Console with the same account that received the email. To disable specific messages, select Mute next to the message you wish to disable.To disable all messages, uncheck Enable email notifications.
