How do you do a navigation test?
Running a navigation test is simple. You upload a series of screens to emulate a particular interaction flow, and at each step, highlight the parts of the interface which can be clicked to navigate to the next step in the sequence. We call these 'hitzones'.
How is usability testing performed?
In a usability-testing session, a researcher (called a “facilitator” or a “moderator”) asks a participant to perform tasks, usually using one or more specific user interfaces. While the participant completes each task, the researcher observes the participant's behavior and listens for feedback.
