How does technology acceptance model work?
The Technology Acceptance Model (Davis, 1989), or TAM, posits that there are two factors that determine whether a computer system will be accepted by its potential users: (1) perceived usefulness, and (2) perceived ease of use. The key feature of this model is its emphasis on the perceptions of the potential user.

According to [37] , the UTAUT model has the ability to explain the factors affecting the users' adoption of new technologies 20 to 30% greater than the TAM model, which, on average, exhibits 40 to 50% explanatory power regarding the users' behaviors or intentions to utilizing the new technologies.
