- On your iPhone or iPad, open the Google Maps app .
- Tap Contribute. View your profile.
- Scroll and tap See all reviews.
- Next to the review you want to edit or delete, tap More .
- Select Edit review or Delete review and follow the on-screen steps.

And Google doesn't offer a direct option to delete reviews.
The closest option is to flag reviews from within your account to alert Google support of an issue, but you cannot delete them yourself. Also, reviews are automatically processed by Google to detect inappropriate content, such as fake and spam reviews.

Instead, there are only two ways that a review can be removed. The person who posted the review can delete it or your business can "flag the review as inappropriate." Flagging the review alerts Google that the review is fake or that it doesn't comply with Google's review policies.
