How do you make a true or false game?
Start the game by having everyone stand. The leader will read a statement, and give everyone 5 seconds to decide if it is true or false. Those who think the statement is true (heads) will put their hands on their heads. Those who think it is false (tails) will put their hands on their behinds.
Which should be avoided in writing the true/false test?
Avoid negative and double-negative statements. These can unnecessarily confuse students. Keep the proportion of false statements slightly higher than true statements. Students tend to guess “true” on uncertain questions.
