How do I extend the range of filters in Excel?
Check the check box in front of each value to include in the filter. Each additional value extends the filter range.
How do you filter a criteria range?
In the Advanced Filter dialog, select the list you want to filter. Click in Criteria range. Select the criteria, in this case G1 through H2. Click OK, and the range is filtered using the criteria.
