Logging into a Google account improves your score quite a lot, but this also means that Google learns what sites the account owner uses, both on the site with captcha and on sites with unrelated Google services, which use the fact that you are logged in. So it would be good to increase the score without logging in.

reCAPTCHA v3 returns a score for each request without user friction. The score is based on interactions with your site and enables you to take an appropriate action for your site. Register reCAPTCHA v3 keys on the reCAPTCHA Admin console.
What happens if reCAPTCHA v3 fails?
If the reCaptcha failed, then it, mostly, a bot. So no actual action is required. So it could be an ignore action - no response action at all.
