Go to Dashboard⟶Navigate to WooCommerce⟶Manage Address⟶General Settings tab. Select the Enable multiple addresses for billing checkbox to Enable multiple addresses for billing. Select the Enable multiple addresses for shipping checkbox to Enable multiple addresses for shipping.
