Is USU prestigious?
In December 2021, USU joined the highest level of research institutions in the country by earning the Carnegie R1 Classification for “very high research activity.” As one of two R1 institutions in Utah, USU prides itself on providing a high-quality education at an affordable price.
What is blended face to face USU?
A blended class is one in which synchronous meetings occur, but less frequently than usual because more content is placed online for asynchronous access. This is a teaching method that can be used in multiple teaching formats, including web broadcast, traditional face-to-face, IVC, or hybrid face-to-face.
How do USU online classes work?
Online courses are conducted in an online learning management system called Canvas. You will need regular access to a personal computer to access the course online. Courses are designed for students to submit assignments online and interact with their instructors and classmates via email and online discussions.
