Who does design in Scrum?
The UX and UI designers work one sprint ahead and finalize the layout and user flow before the actual sprint where the feature is developed. The final theme and design can be prepared in the same sprint as development. So the team needs to plan two sprints. The scrum team could have two different sprint boards.
Who guides the team in Scrum?
1. Scrum Master. A Scrum Master is responsible for ensuring a Scrum team is operating as effectively as possible with Scrum values. This means they keep the team on track, plan and lead meetings, and work out any obstacles the team might face.
Are designers on the Scrum team?
A designer might work very closely together with stakeholders, analysing user behaviour and designing wireframes for the product owner in order to come up with interactive designs. The designer does not take part in the Scrum process, but is avaliable for questions from the development team.
Does Scrum Master guides the team?
As the title implies, the scrum master is the master of scrum, who ensures the scrum framework is followed. Scrum has a clearly defined set of roles and rituals that should be followed and the scrum master works with each member of the scrum team to guide and coach the team through the scrum framework.
