Add members and set access levels:
- On your computer, go to drive.google.com.
- At the left, click Shared drives and click a shared drive you are a member of.

Can you invite non Gmail users to Google Drive?
You can associate any existing email address with a Google Account. Alternatively, files can be shared with non-Google accounts using visitor sharing.
Can visitors upload files to Google Drive?
Visitors with contributor access can also upload or download files and folders to folders or subfolders in a shared drive. Important: Visitors can't own data and can't be added as members of shared drive at the root level.
