What is AppleConnect?
AppleConnect is the secure employee-only service that lets Apple employees sign into other apps and services. Interestingly, internal Apple apps often make use of the Android-style swipe pattern system--where you slide your finger through a shape--as well as a normal password.
How do I turn off app permissions on my iPhone?
To check your app permissions, go to Settings —> Privacy. A list of different categories, such as Location Tracking, Bluetooth, Contacts, Microphone, Photos, and more will appear. You can click on each specific category to see which apps have access to that data. You can grant or revoke permissions as you see fit.
Is it safe to login with Apple ID?
Apple retains only the information that's needed to make sure you can sign in and manage your account. Security is built in to Sign in with Apple with two-factor authentication. If you use an Apple device, you can sign in and re-authenticate with Face ID or Touch ID anytime.
