What happened to 320px wide devices? During the research into screen sizes, we found that 320px wide devices are now only being used by around 3% of mobile users, so designers are adjusting their ways and designing for more popular wider devices such as 375px and 414px as a 'large' device.

A good practice is to use % where it can be used because it reduces the effort of writing another code for responsive as it works according to the screen size but we use px also where % we cannot use % and then in @media queries we write another css for that according to screen sizes.
