The Office Clipboard allows you to copy up to 24 items from Office documents or other programs and paste them into another Office document.
Why would you use content controls in a document?
Content controls can provide instructional text for users, and you can set controls to disappear when users type in their own text. Can be used to paste the copied content?
To copy and paste, you can use keyboard shortcuts: PC: Ctrl + c for Copy, Ctrl + x for Cut, and Ctrl + v for Paste.
What should be used to place the text or graphics which you have copied or removed?
Clipboard. After you've cut or copied content, like from the web or another app, select Clipboard in your app. Click where you'd like your item to go in the file and then select it from the Clipboard.
