What is an intentional error?
INTENTIONAL ERRORS: Intentional actions, but there is NO harm intended. It's related to decision making and the thinking process in which we decide to deviate from the rules because we perceive some benefit from doing it.
Why do humans make errors?
We perform poorly if stressed, under pressure or through lack of concentration. As such we are fallible due to our physical, biological, mental and emotional characteristics, and to make it harder we are all different. Thus, we are susceptible to errors.
