A label should be placed close to the point, to which it belongs, and two labels should not overlap each other.

Which side does the label go?

A. The appropriate side to wear a name tag is on the right side. The reason is that as you extend your hand in greeting, the gaze of the person you are meeting can easily follow your extended arm back to the name tag.

Where do you put clothing labels?

Use a pin to set the label in place and sew the label on a hem of your t-shirt, on the neck, sleeve, pocket or wherever you want it to be.

Why are labels always on the left?
