What is a login error?
The LoginError event is raised when the credentials entered by the user are invalid. You can use the LoginError event to redirect the user to a custom error page, to offer additional help, or to log failed login attempts.
Which would be the best user error message?
A good error message has three parts: problem identification, cause details if helpful, and a solution if possible. Whenever an error occurs, user wants to fix it as soon as possible. The error message should have enough information for user that guides him how to get out of the erroneous situation.
Why is login failed?
The user name or password are incorrect. This is easily corrected by typing the correct user name and password. The user password has expired.
