Some users can't change their password in Microsoft 365 because their organization creates and maintains their accounts. If you don't see a link to change your password on the Password page, you can't change your work account password in Office 365.

How do I reset my Microsoft Online password?
If you forgot your Microsoft account password, here's how to reset it. Go to https://account.live.com/password/reset and type in the email address, phone number, or Skype name you use to sign in. Then select Next. We'll ask where you'd like to get your security code.
