What is a website drop off?
A drop off refers to the page on your site where a visitor leaves the behavior flow and goes down a different path, or leaves the site completely. Knowing where a user dropped off your site is important in helping you know how to better arrange your site's content.
What is user drop off?
User drop-off is calculated by taking the number of visits to the current conversion step (example: clicking to a contact form) minus the number of visits from the first conversion step (example: visitors to your homepage) all divided by the number of visits from your first conversion step.
