Stack Overflow was sold to Prosus, a Netherlands-based consumer internet conglomerate, on 2 June 2021 for $1.8 billion.

Why is Stackoverflow red?

Accepted answers are indicated by the green checkmark next to them. A greyish red background indicates the post is deleted.

Why is Stackoverflow green?

The green tick is marked by the person who asked the question. The onus is on them to choose who has produced the best answer and mark that as the 'Accepted Answer'. This then generates the green tick that you can see.
