How do I apply a slicer to all visuals in Power BI?

Open the Power BI service, then click on Get data in the bottom left corner. On the Get Data page that appears, select Samples. Select the Retail Analysis Sample, and choose Connect. Click Edit on the menu bar to display the Visualizations pane, then select the Slicer icon to create a new slicer.
