How do I add the Send from option in Outlook?
In Outlook, open a new email and select Options tab > Show Fields > From to enable the From field. Once the From field is enabled, select the From dropdown > Other Email Address. A pop-up box will appear for Send from Other Email Address. Type in the email address you want to send from and select OK.
How do I enable send on behalf?
On the Mail tab, select Manage mailbox permissions. Next to Send on behalf, select Edit. Select Add permissions, then choose the name of the user or users that you want to allow to send email on behalf of this mailbox. Select Add.
How do you choose to send or send on behalf of?
Select the group that you want to allow users to send on behalf of. Select Settings > Edit manage delegates. In the Add a delegate section, enter the email address of the user that you would like to have Send as access. Select Permission Type as Send on behalf from the drop-down.
