Should display names be unique?
Impersonation. As Display names are not required to be unique, having the same Display name as another user is not in violation of Disqus' terms of service. This alone is not sufficient evidence to support a case of Impersonation.

What is a unique username? A unique username is one that stands out among the others. In most cases, such usernames include numbers, uppercase and lowercase letters, and special characters. In quite a few cases, unique usernames are at least 10 characters long.
