Is Recycle Bin part of OneDrive?

Files deleted from OneDrive are kept in the OneDrive Recycle Bin for 30 days for personal accounts. The files can be restored to OneDrive before then, or you can permanently delete them from your OneDrive. Note: If your recycle bin is full, the oldest items will be automatically deleted after three days.

Will deleting files from computer delete from OneDrive?

Since OneDrive offers cloud backup services, the files and folders in it will not take up disk space on your computer. To free up disk space on Windows or clear disk space on Mac, you can delete files from your computer but keep them in OneDrive.

Why does OneDrive keep moving files to the Recycle Bin?

If you have opened a file from OneDrive via File Explorer, and someone later deletes it from OneDrive, it will appear in your Recycle Bin because your PC recognizes the file no longer exists.
