Why Reply All copy myself?

If your email address is an alia or added to a distribution list, when you click Reply All, it's an expected behavior that your own email is added to the To field in the Outlook client. If you are in this situation, when you click Reply All, you can remove your own email address manually.

How do I change my reply to all settings?

In the Options pane, select Mail > Automatic processing > Reply settings. In Reply settings, choose the option you prefer: Reply: Your reply is sent only to the sender. Reply all: Your reply is sent to everyone on the To and Cc lines.
