How do I save filters in service now?
Create or modify a filter in the filter interface. Click Save (or Save Filter in List v3). Enter a name for the filter. Select one of the following visibility options.

Adding a Favorite – From the application menu, hover over an item, select the star icon on the right side to add the item to your Favorites menu. Drag and drop to add a Favorite – From a list view you can drag the last breadcrumb of your filter and drop it onto your Favorites menu.
Can you save a filter with a report?
You can save a filter with a report. The Toggle Filter button removes a filter permanently.
