Why won't my Mac let me select multiple files?
Select multiple items: Press and hold the Command key, then click the items (they don't need to be next to each other). Select multiple items that are adjacent: Click the first item, then press the Shift key and click the last item.
How do you select all in Word?
Select text by using the mouse. Note: To select an entire document, do one of the following: On the Home tab, in the Editing group, click Select, and then click Select All. Move the pointer to the left of any text until it turns into a right-pointing arrow, and then triple-click.
How do I select all and group in Word?
Hold the Shift (or Ctrl) key and click the objects you want to group. Click the Group command on the Format tab, then select Group. The selected objects will now be grouped. There will be a single box with sizing handles around the entire group so you can move or resize all of the objects at the same time.
How do you select all on a Macbook Air?
