To select a range, select a cell, then with the left mouse button pressed, drag over the other cells. Or use the Shift + arrow keys to select the range. To select non-adjacent cells and cell ranges, hold Ctrl and select the cells.

How do you select multiple ranges in Excel?

To select two or more named cell references or ranges, click the arrow next to the Name box, and then click the name of the first cell reference or range that you want to select. Then, hold down CTRL while you click the names of other cells or ranges in the Name box.

Can we select multiple ranges simultaneously?
