Buttons are for actions, like “Get a quote,” “Download,” “Open an account,” “Go to checkout.” The text on the button should begin with a verb. Otherwise it's not a call-to-action, just a button with some text on it. “More information” for example, is not a call-to-action.

How many words should a button have?
Button Text Shouldn't Go On and On and On
Considering that, it may be tempting to stretch out your button text, but that'd be a bad move. Ideally you'll want to keep that button text to two or five words.
Should button text be capitalized?
Capitalize the first word of a sentence, heading, title, UI label (such as the name of a button or checkbox), or standalone phrase. Capitalize proper nouns. To learn more about proper nouns, see Nouns and pronouns. Use lowercase for everything else.
What should we use the text buttons for?
Text buttons are generally used in cards, dialogs, and against images as they minimize distraction from the main content. Since text buttons have even fewer visual cues to indicate their interactivity, they should not be used as a call to action.
