What does the star key do?
The Star Key is unlike any other ocarina. Not only can you play music, the harmonies you create are profoundly stimulating, like having your brain massaged, gently awakening higher centers of learning and cognition.
Why is the pound key on a phone?
Dialing the pound key tells the phone system, "This is the number I want to call, DIAL IT NOW." If you simply dial a 3-digit extension or a 7- or 10-digit telephone number and enter no other keys, the system will wait to see if you are done dialing digits before placing the call.
How do you enter letters on a phone keypad?
As you can see on the keypad, each number from 2-9 corresponds to 3 or 4 letters. That number can be any of those 3 or 4 letters, so 1 press of "2" corresponds to either an "A" "B" or "C". So dialing 1-800-555-APPL would be 1-800-555-2775 (just an example). This is the same for all phones, not just the iPhone.
What notes are phone keys?
In musical terms, these notes are F, G (31 cents flat), A (54 cents flat), and B flat (16 cents sharp). The backward flat symbol in front of the A is a half flat. As with the column frequencies, the row frequencies are two octaves higher than written.
