Why is there a space at the top of my screen?
You may encounter the blank bar on the top of the display if the user profile is corrupt. In this case, recreating the user profile (a tedious task for many users) may solve the problem. Create another user profile and log out of the current user.
How much white space is too much?
Use white space design to help guide your users' eyes. You can do this by organizing your page's content into no more than 15 points on the page (any more than that should ideally go on another page).
How do I keep my computer screen maximized?
Open the program, maximize the window by clicking the square icon in the upper-right corner. Then, press and hold the Ctrl key and close the program. Re-open the program to see if it opens as maximized.
