Open the CarPlay Simulator

To open the CarPlay window: In Xcode, build and run your project using the iOS simulator. From the Simulator menu bar, choose I/O > External Displays > CarPlay.

What happened to Apple project titan?

Apple in January 2019 culled the Project Titan team once again and removed over 200 employees. In 2020, Bob Mansfield, who had been overseeing the project since 2016, retired and John Giannandrea took over the car project. Apple's Kevin Lynch is also working on the Apple Car team in addition to working on Apple Watch.

Why has my Apple CarPlay stopped working?

Restart your iPhone and your car. Make sure Siri is on. If your iPhone isn't detected by CarPlay, make sure CarPlay isn't restricted. Go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions, tap Allowed Apps and make sure CarPlay is enabled.
