Where should I put buttons on my website?

Full page designs should have the primary button on the left side of the page. If the browser window is large, or you have to scroll down to fill out a form, it's best to have the primary button right below the last bit of content on the page.

Where should a Back button go?

Research carried out by Mick Couper, Reg Baker and Joanne Mechling shows that placing the back button to the right of the primary button is confusing and it should go either to the left or underneath instead.

How Big Should UI buttons be?

Studies by the MIT Touch Lab suggest that 10mm × 10mm is the best minimum size for buttons on mobile due to the average size of fingertips.
